What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start every service with an in depth personalized consultation understanding your wants and needs for your hair. I do my best to be up front about what is achievable within the service, and always communicate about pricing so we're both on the same page. I love getting to know new people and building the client-stylist relationship.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through 2 years of training at the Aveda Institute Portland. I have now been working as a stylist for the past 4 years and have always continued with advancing my education. I believe that there is always room to learn and improve my skills.
I am certified in Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments, I am a certified Dreamcatchers's Hair extension stylist, I am a certified Olaplex trained stylist and I am certified through the official Barbicide website for COVID-19 safety & sanitation.
