First consultation. Then working on whatever that the costumer wants.
How did you get started in this business?
I love interacting with people. And I love to make people happy, therefore 25years ago I decided to go to school and become hairstylist. This I see many people and make them feel good about themselves and by the time they leave my station they are pretty happy. And nothing make me happier than seeing my customers happy

make sure what excacltley there looking for. Bring a photo to show, that way we get an idea what she is looking for.
