Hello! My name is Ben Goodman. I am a local chef who runs SAF Kitchen food cart on Alberta! I’ve had strong passion for cooking (and traveling) since I was a child. I have extensive experience with private dining as well. I ran a private dining experience in Los Angeles before moving to Portland where I would create a tasting menu based on different cuisines each month. I’ve cooked everything from French to Brazilian to Malaysian to East African and beyond. I will be able to create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests and am prepared to cook anything your heart desires!
