Helping people live a happier healthier lifestyle with food. I also love teaching people how to cook healthier for themselves. I like turning traditional recipes and giving them a healthier modern twist. I also like infusion food combining different ethnics to create my own recipes. I also love baking and making desserts.
I love meeting new people I enjoy getting to know them and what type of food meets their diet requirements and their health needs. Planning together and creating the perfect diet and meal for what they desire. I enjoy doing home cooked food for the family and gourmet dishes for parties and friends are intimate dinners. I also enjoy making buffet branches.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and Greet. Talk about needs and expectations. Discussing pricing and special health diet. Go over time I would be needed. I like to see the kitchen I will be working in and to figure out what utensil items I would need to bring with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a private chef since the early 90s I have been a live-in chef and I have also traveled to their home to cook as well. I cook many different ethnic type foods an American food. I have loved to cook since a very early age. I have taken many cooking classes but I'm also a self-taught cook. I work with families where everyone has had a special needs diet. I have helped people with Crohn's disease, diverticulitis, allergies to dairy, people that are looking for a more healthy diet going toward vegetarian and vegan and raw food diet. I like to cook meals that are wonderfully tasteful and also pleasant to look at. I have work for families in Los Angeles California, Singapore and the Pacific Northwest. I also have training from Mexico. I can give you a list of references upon request.
How did you get started in this business?
I started learning to cook at a very early age with my Italian grandmother and my great grandmother Who grew up in the south but was also Italian. I have been a live-in chef off and on since the early 90s. I enjoy working with people and help with them live a happy healthy life. With food that taste amazing.
