Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Prices depend on distance, hair length, and service.
How did you get started in this business?
My dad raised me. When I got too old for barrettes and hair bows, he paid for my hair to be done. When I seen how much he was paying I decided to learn to do my own hair. I then started braiding hair for people on my block. At 12 I was charging $100 for box braids and I haven't been able to leave the field since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Models, aspiring actors, professional and children.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Expect to pay for what you get. If the price is too cheap the style may not be from a professional.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long do you need the style to last?
Is your hair damaged and require treatment?
How often do you need your hair done?
Have you put your hair investment into your budget?
