I like to introduce myself and let them know my background of over 20+yrs. I also ask them questions to get to know them; their likes and dislikes for service receiving.

yes i do but with any business fluid like ours sometimes it depends on the customer.the time it will take, the processes needed, hair difficult and more. But overall I usually have abase standard price for services based on market rate.

inlove people and being creative. I found that helping people be their. Est self was a passion so the beauty industry drew me in at an early age.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

trust in their experience but be very honest such as if they asked you if you died your hair and you say no and ask for a service which could go wrong if you did it will not help anyone. So be honest.
