Mike is simply amazing! I am in awe of how perplexed that I feel after his show- I always look at my husband and say “how did he do that? “ Thanks for what you do!

Mike mystified Seton Hall when we were both students there. Even as a young magician I knew his destiny would be to become one of the greats!

Mike has come to our school and worked with our students for years now. He is not only an extremely talented magician, he is also hysterically funny and a great comedian. He will definitely amaze even the most skeptical observers! He's spectacular!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Booking Mike Paldino for your event couldn't be any easier! With a selection of packages and services for a variety of occasions, Mike is the perfect solution to all of your entertainment needs.

To best obtain availability for the date in need, all bookings are secured by a formal contract and deposit prior to event. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Under certain circumstances, balances due can be paid on the reserved date, however this must be secured in writing within 7 days prior to the event. This is all to ensure your event can be hosted without any worries or concerns of having to stop the fun to hunt down a checkbook, and to allow Mike to seemlessly mingle throughout the room without having to stop and/or interrupt anything else going on.

As a consummate and experienced professional entertainer, Mike is self sufficient and knows how to work the room. This means all of your attention can be placed on other things without worry or concern about micromanaging or directing, and more time can be spent having fun and enjoying the company of your guests.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Mike Paldino has been a student of magic since the age of 7, and has worked professionally since the age of 19. He is knowledgeable about many facets of the art, and consequently, isn't pigeonholed into any particular genre. He is a man for all seasons- evergreen in every way. Whether it is sleight-of-hand, mindreading, or something a little more off the beaten path, your guests are unlikely to be disappointed.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started in this business?

Mike Paldino first became interested in magic at the age of 7, when a family member (and fellow professional magician) taught him his first trick. He began an intense study of the history of the art, and found his footing while attending college. At 19, he was booked for his first professional public show, and from there began cultivating an original and sometimes provocative stage show and persona. He has performed professionally full time since 2001.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mike Paldino works with a vast array of corporate and private clients, as well as a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Among his clients, he includes:

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

During a recent staging of his show, Modern Oracle, in Philadelphia, an audience member made such a connection to the piece she was involved in that she cried tears of joy onstage. This culminated with an impromptu hug and thanks, and a standing ovation from the house, which has now led to a booking for the girl's upcoming wedding.

Mike always tells the audience to expect the unexpected, but even he didn't anticipate the reaction that was evoked that night.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

"Do your research, know what it is you're looking for and want, and don't settle. Don't go with cheap options, because they yield similar results. Even if there is a better option for your event than me, know what you're getting yourself into.

There are many hobbyists masquerading as "professionals" who will give you a really low rate, but as it turns out, they tend to provide a less-than-professional experience, which puts a mark on the rest of the business. Personally, I do all I can to work with clients' needs and parameters, because in the end, building new client relationships, and maintaining existing ones, is the most important part of my business."

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What kind of event am I having?

How does a magician add to the experience of this event?

Am I willing to hire a working professional with a great track record, knowing he might be a bit pricier than my co-worker's kid who does magic?

Is Mike Paldino a good fit for me and my guests?
