no hourly cost, just one flat rate

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
ask to see work first before you recieve any perminant body art (drawings & tattoo photos).
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
have a basis of an idea for the artist to work with. Don’t come saying “I want you to come up with something for me” unless we have been consulting for months and I have personally gotten to know you.
