I am the former owner of the Diva Den Hair Salon in Pittsburgh, PA. My services stand out because they are high quality and come with outstanding customer service. I have 10 years of experience in the beauty industry. I have management experience in numerous hair salons as well as operating my own salon. I am a licensed hair stylist currently working on becoming an instructor at a cosmetology school. I've also styled for weddings, proms, fashion shows and hair shows. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to find out what their overall hair goals are so that I know what I need to do and how to direct them in order to help them achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bee a licenced Cosmetologist since 2008. I have also taken some business classes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with children, men, brides, news anchors, models and celebrities. I work with all nationalities as well as clients with alopecia.
