What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the client wherever they are in the planning process, and listen to their needs so that we can help them with what they feel needs our expertise.
We prefer to do a lot more listening than talking, but then once we understand the client’s specific needs, we can recommend which of our services and packages will be the best fit for their event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Laurel majored in music at Duquesne University, and for over two decades has performed both as a DJ and as a lead singer in several bands. As a result of her vast live experiences, she understands the needs and tastes of many different types of crowds and a wide range of age groups.
Laurel and her team of DJ's also attend yearly continuing education seminars at several DJ, lighting, and wedding industry trade shows.
