My name is Michelle and I am the owner and Executive Chef of PiANTA, Providence's top rated vegan restaurant and Rhode Island Monthly's "Best New Restaurant in Providence."
I have been professionally running my own restaurant while maintaining my duties as Executive Chef for 3 years.
We are decorated 11 times including the award above, best Kosher in Rhode Island, and Best Vegan Restaurant New England.
I will be offering my services as a personal or private chef for a short period of time, something I do on occasion. I love the excitement of creating menus and these opportunities are very fulfilling to me.
I truly enjoy creating tailored culinary experiences and find personal chef work to be one of the most rewarding pieces of what I do. Every so often I open up time to offer Chef's Table dinners, personal chef work and other requests. My goal is to bring a true sense of wonder in every bite. My style of cuisine is vibrant, flavorful and creative while still being palatable for all. Every detail on a plate I create is made with the utmost intention and attention to detail. Anyone who is around me regularly would insist I mention how good my sauces are.
