Hello! My name is Sam Gribben and I’m an aspiring culinary student and have operated from fast-casual to fine-dining restaurants across the greater Chattanooga area. Coming from a direct, involved career in customer service, creating the standards that you envision for your clientele can truly only come from your own direction and innovation: I can always rely upon my experience to perform! With years of culinary training in a variety of cuisines including Cajun, Mexican, Central American, South American, Western European, Eastern European, and Middle Eastern specialties! I can cook to temperature or specific cooking methods (poaching, broiling, etc.)
I create catering menus within the most constrained time frames, accounting for preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free), allergies, sanitation, controlled storage, themes, and authenticities.
