Supervise multiple kictchens, owned my resteraunt and over 15 yrs of cooking experience.

I figure the cost of food and time to prepare it and come up with a price per plate.

I went thru a company called Fooda.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Office building hospital company picnics and family reunions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I did a family reunion of 200 people and we bbq for them. It was excited and thrill to see the family enjoy themselves without worrying about the food, it was awesome .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Making sure the food fit the event and to not let them over do it if possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How many people? In doors or out? What's there budget?
