I always try to meet with my clients in person, when possible. If not, we will do our meeting over the phone or via video chat. I'll make sure to ask about the event, the age group that will be attending, and the types type of music that they enjoy listening to.
I always make sure to talk about the types of music that they DON'T want to hear, and always cater the playlist to the customer's preferences.
