I have been a Chef for over 30 years. I began my career at Rosie’s Tamale House World Famous TexMex. I was a Pastry Chef for Gourdough’s Gourmet Donuts. I was Pit-Master for Rail Road BBQ in Kyle, Texas. And most recently I was Managing Chef for Shawarma Point Modern Mediterranean. I poses a Texas Restaurant Manager Certification. I’ve catered for many Celebrities, Athletes and Politicians as well as regular folks.
