    Really enjoyed working with Tim! At the last minute I had to throw together a 50th birthday party for my mother and he brought the professional DJ service with lights, a selfie station with a fun backdrop and props, and helped us keep the party fun. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here is our checklist:

1) Confirm the date and location

2) Speak to the client over the phone or in person to learn about the event and preferences of the client

3) Send an e-invoice so the client can see itemized pricing and conveniently pay the deposit online. 

4) Continue to communicate about music preferences or updates to the schedule until the event day arrives

5) Arrive on-time to the event and provide exceptional service

6) Review and solicit feedback from the customer to ensure that we met or exceeded their expectations

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

STAGE VOLUME ENTERTAINMENT is owned an operated by Tim Crispin, who has nearly 25 years of pro-audio and DJ experience. He has 2 music degrees and has toured nationally and internationally performing and running sound for multiple nationally recognized touring acts at fairs, festivals, casinos, cruiseships, dancehalls, weddings, conventions, the U.S. Capital, the Grand Ole Opry, NASCAR races, rodeos, car shows, and much more. Each DJ that works for STAGE VOLUME has been trained in the art of excellent customer service as well as equipment operation and song selection techniques.

How did you get started in this business?

Music has always been a passion for us. Almost all our DJs have degrees in music and years of audio engineering training. DJing is a natural compliment to performing a concert on stage. It's all about using music to entertain the audience and create lasting memories!
