I cater with care... Which means i listen to you and make sure that what your vision of how you want your hair to look is the same vision i feel you want your hair to look... I prefer photos because I prefer for us to be on the same page. My love for being a cosmologists consists of my love for people and making sure that they leave my chair much happier and at peace then they were before they came in to my private one on one salon. No need to worry about what others think no need to come in ashamed because it's a private personal consultation and never anyone involved except for us. I'm highly professional and very understanding willing to go the extra mile for my clients.
A cosmetologist is like being an artist. It's a wonderful way to create and share inspirations that come directly from you. I enjoy the work that I do because it gives me the opportunity to give back to my community my standard prices are not based on the years of experience that I have it is based on the opportunity of me being able to and somehow help to support the image and the self-esteem standards that boost positive energy in my community.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation for all my clients on their first visit. If its a color treatment I'll need to ask some personal questions about prescriptions and vitamins that you may be taking what products you've used in your hair before etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up on all the latest trends I'll be at a bronner brothers hair show or I'm getting certified in different color techniques and products that i offer. I am a certified lash extension technician as well which i enjoy immensely and because it's trending.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard prices are not based on my years in service it's based on my community. I offer different specials often to give back to my community. The elderly are always a 90% discount, I'm looking for people who are looking for work and can't afford to pay for their grooming expense Women and Men, which includes all sorts of services that I provide and not limited to just cut and style I'll do full head weaves, color etc. This separates me from the rest and and it is rewarding to my spirit. I don't do this just for the money and to take care of my family, I also do this to share the love and hopefully help build a foundation of love in my community help give a little boost to the people in it.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business when i was in highschool. Back then... We had hall monitors that were not police officers.. Just regular people who made sure that the halls and restrooms were cleared out from students who weren't making it to class on time or who weren't going at all... I didn't have a license back then but i was promoting my hair business in the school and I was actually cutting and styling hair with no experience lol.. One of the hall monitors was in desperate of a hair cut and style. I did her hair it came out very nice and she became my client. I knew then I wanted to do hair. So when i was able I obtained my license I haven't looked back
What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers come in All genres of people I have had experience over the years with mixed races hair, Hispanic hair, Asian hair, African American hair, Caucasian hair which by the way is ALL very different hair types. So that's why my consultations are so important for myself and for the client.

Just to make sure the energy is positive and that they do their work in Excellence
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of professional do i want to hire to take care of my crown? Many years in the business and..“technical skill can be taught, but character, common sense, and passion cannot!” If someone is humble, genuinely happy, and has an amiable personality, they are likely to appeal to a wider range of guests.
