Buddy Bice opened Bice's Florist in Hurst, Texas in 1974. The business grew from a single shop location to a multi-shop corporation through years of hard work and dedication. In November of 2003, Buddy Bice decided to retire and sold the business to its current owner, Keith Riewe. Keith is working everyday to continue the tradition of outstanding customer service with an emphasis on a quality product at the best value that will lead Bice's Florist to success in the future. Among many noticeable improvements to a business that was already at the top of the industry, the new owners have made the quality decisions to be open on Sundays and to invest in this state-of-the-art website. Missed delivery date and time, after hours call resulted in excuses, no alternatives and finally cancellation of order. Received delivery confirmation next afternoon- not done. Refund not processed. Poor Customer Service attitude. Was a customer for years-will be seeking services with someone else, no further recommendations for Bice's will be given.
