What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give clients COVID-19 standardized form to be signed and temp checks prior to services beginning.
We discuss the clients desire for their particular service and a pricelist is given for clients to review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended and graduated cosmotology school. I've also obtained and maintained my business license since 2017. I keep myself abreast on my technology and unique designs for my clients. I even take continuing education course to educate myself further in the nail industry.
