Alan was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the process. He set up a call to understand our event and get the general vibe ( family gathering of 8 adults and a baby) so he could then offer menu selections, which all sounded fabulous and we wished we had more nights for him to cook for us! Alan took care of every detail for the evening - setting the table, serving us, clearing and cleaning everything up. The meals were spectacular and our family really enjoyed having the ease of being at home with restaurant quality food! Alan was really accommodating to our family’s different food preferences and even the pickiest eater cleared her plate. I cannot recommend Alan enough - very down to earth guy who loves to cook and it shows. We enjoyed hanging out with him for a bit afterwards as well. Can’t wait to have another opportunity to hire him again!

My family visited Dallas from Houston and stayed in a VRBO and having Alan as our personal chef was one for the memory books! The food provided by Alan was superb. The beef melted in your mouth, the crusted salmon was beyond satisfying and I’m having a hard time picking my favorite food - the potatoes and brussels spouts were just as amazing as a five star restaurant The meal was completed with a lemon dessert that competes with a well made creme brûlée. In addition to the amazing food - Alan’s customer service and engaging personality parallel a 5 star culinary experience.
