This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I paid the full amount he requested even with receipts and he still cancelled at the last minute, kept making excuses for why he couldnt refund the money and still since Thanksgiving 2023 I have not received a refund and its 1/12/2024. He made empty promises of a refund until he completely ignored me.
BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICES NOR REFUND ANY MONEY.

It started off great and setting everything up was fairly easy. I paid the quoted price ($500) 19 days prior to the scheduled event. I contacted the Chef twice before the date. 3 days before the event I reached out to confirm and was told everything was all set. The morning of the event I noticed a credit on my card from the Chef but hadn’t received a call, text and/or email. Mind you this was at 9:30 am and the food was supposed to be at my home at 3pm. I reached out to the Chef only to be told he can’t do the catering. WHAT A TERRIBLE POSITION I WAS THEN PUT IN. I was never given a reason , as to why, only that he apologizes and will be refunding my money. This was so unprofessional and a nightmare for me.
This was awful!!
Today is Jan 2nd and I still have not received my refund. Only to be told he’s working on it and something about him getting a new debit card. I will never forget this experience and/or recommend this catering company.
If I could give zero stars I would have!

Communication with Travis was quick, clear and easy. He was on time and the meal was so good and delicious! Also very easy and flexible to work with. I will certainly be using his services again and I highly recommend him.
