What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask what is the occasion, so I may share in the joy of my client for the special event happening in their life 💖 I also like to ask for pictures of what my client is planning to wear and for my client to show me inspiration pictures of the makeup that she or he wants. I do this so I may get to see the vision they have in their minds for the look, and to have a clear visual of how they want their face to look like. That way I will be able to truly deliver what my client wants and do a Makeup look that truly matches their expectations and the outfit. My goal is to see a smile on their face by the time I'm done and they see their faces in the mirror🥰
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an artist since I was 6 years old, and I have worked hard to develop my skills through so many hours of practice, where I have mastered the makeup brushes and blender sponge to give a flawless look to my clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $100 per each makeup look, and I will travel to my client. I will do a makeup look for $80 if ny client travels to me.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in this industry because all my girlfriends would ask me to do their makeup when we were kids because I was an artist!! Seeing their happy faces when I was done is what made me fall in love with this career and pursue it as my means to make a living
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anyone who wants to hire me!! I am a very loving person and I am beyond honored when someone contacts me because they want me to beautify them. 🥰
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's best to look at their profiles and social media so you may see their work before hiring them! Make sure you're happy with the finish the artist you hire offers because we all bave different styles and skills.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The pro should guide the client in this matter, I think the one thing customers should think about before hiring someone is to ask what brand of makeup they use so that you may warn the makeup artist of any sensitivities you may have to a particular makeup Brand.
