DJ Yannyboy is a versatile, multi-genre DJ who will surely rock the house in any party, event, celebration or club.

Yannyboy started to learn DJing at an early age of 13, beginning with turntable and vinyls. He eventually got to play gigs in several high school events in Manila, Philippines, where he grew up. Through the years, he has broaden his DJ skills by developing his interest in scratching and mixing. Mastery of these skills has been a fair yet fun challenge for him as he is deeply motivated and enthusiastic with what he is doing. DJ Yannyboy has performed in many night clubs, bars, private and special events such as weddings and parties, all with positive feedbacks and recommendations from his clients. He also has performed for events in the UK and other Asian countries with the desire to expand his horizon in the chosen field. In his 24-year career as a DJ, he developed expertise in the use of almost all types of DJ decks, from Technics SL1200’s, Pioneer CDJ’s and new digital controllers. His musical repertoire covers the 80’s up to the present, including genres such as house, RnB, hip-hop, soul, trance, pop, RnB pop, tribal house, techno, old school, dance, mash up, mainstream, and lounge. DJ Yannyboy is professional and extremely passionate with his job. He loves seeing his guests full of energy and enjoying his good music, using only state-of-the-art lights and sound equipment. He also strives to be flexible and accommodating to the client’s musical preferences. Checking the venue and arranging sound crates/set prior to the event are some of the things he does to ensure a great musical atmosphere. Recently, he has moved to the United States and aims to continue his musical journey and career as a DJ.

I make sure each of my client are satisfied and happy. I come in presentable and well-groomed, in accordance to the event, may it be casual or formal. Preparedness is key to a smooth and uninterrupted event, that is why I make sure to check and set up the venue ahead of time.

I enjoy the art of music in general, so this type of work is not really work but more of a passion. I enjoy playing for people – seeing them experience and appreciate my style and how music unites everybody in the room.
