Hello I'm Norma, Blackliquid28 is my instagram name. I've been a licensed cosmetologist for about 8 yrs now. Ive worked with makeup and updos on the go for weddings and special events. I'm also a hair cutter, a haircolorist, extentions specialist, keratin tech. The types of hair projects I like to do the most are going to be fantasy colors and keratin smoothing treatments!
