Aloha and hello everyone! My name is Bryan Kennedy, a private chef located in Houston with a passion for cooking and hospitality! I'm originally from Hawaii so you can always expect chill, relaxed vibes with me. I have over 10 years of experience cooking in restaurants across the country. Nothing brings me more joy than bringing people together over some good food!
My main focus is in the plant-based food space. I truly enjoy what we can do with the abundant ingredients that nature provides! I specialize in Hawaiian, Korean, and Nigerian (crazy right?) cuisines, however, I am quite flexible to cooking anything you enjoy!

For my 50th birthday, my daughter surprised me with the most extraordinary gift - chef Bryan, who transformed my kitchen into a haven of culinary wonders. From the moment he entered my home, the air was filled with the tantalizing aromas of fresh herbs and exotic spices. Chefs 3 course menu exceeded my expectations, from the namyeong, boudin sushi rolls (that was my absolute fave), to the seared oyster mushrooms in miso butter. Everything was prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. Five stars across the board!!

Words canβt express how grateful I am for the incredible meals Bryan prepped for a girls weekend! He made such a unique menu and it all was PERFECTION. It was not an easy task and he met it with creativity and joy. I was the only vegan and my girlfriends were so delighted and impressed by the flavor, texture, and freshness. It truly made our weekend, and was so special to focus less on figuring out what to cook or pick up and more just spending quality time with each other and enjoying delicious food. What a gift Bryan, thank you.

Chef Bryan Kennedy prepared an AMAZING vegan surprise birthday dinner for my husband! My husband loves southern food and in particular very well seasoned and expertly cooked southern food. We were blown away by Chefβs flavors, his professionalism, and his great personality. I highly recommend him as a personal chef and will hire him again for my next vegan get together!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So I set up a private anniversary dinner for my wife and I. Bryan not only set the ambiance, the food was PHENOMENAL! And if thatβs not enough, heβs personable, relatable and in general a very nice guy. He made us feel at home. You can tell heβs passionate about culinary arts because he took his time to prepare each course as well as explained/described each course. He even answered our random questions of how to make vegan food not make you even miss βnormalβ food.
On any day of the week, for any occasion (private, cater or meal prep), Bryan is highly recommended!

Chef Bryan cooked for us for my fiancΓ©βs birthday and it was absolutely amazing. His Korean vegan foods were on point and really brought the authentic flavors - as a Korean person, I was really impressed. His Hawaiian cuisine was also amazing, full of flavors. Dessert was also 10/10! Will be asking him to cook for other events soon :) thank you!

We had Chef Bryan cook a 4 course vegan dinner for us which was excellent! He was attentive to our needs and served us a variety of cuisines in just 4 courses - we had Korean, Nigerian, Hawaiian in one sitting! We also had so much food leftover which he packed for the next day. We appreciate the thought and care that went into his food and would definitely recommend!
