About
I've always enjoyed cooking and watching the epressions of the faces of people enjoying my food. Immediately after High School graduation, I left for the military and served 3 years in the US Army as a Food Service Specialist. After returning to my hometown of Houston, I continued my passion for the craft at upscale retaurants, country clubs, wedding venues, and other establishments. I have also catered events, dinner parties, and cooked privately as a Personal Chef for families. I've been in the industry for 15 years and am constantly learning and developing my skill. I am versed in Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegetarian, Keto, and Paleo diets. Everyday is a chance to learn and a chance to teach. My dream is to be able to do what I love most and share that love with everyone!
