I have been working and growing in the food service industry for more than 7 years, in traditional kitchen settings, as a private chef & as an independent small business owner. Food is not just a necessity of survival, it is an expression of love and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Nothing is more satisfying or exhilarating for me than executing a client’s vision with creativity and consistency. I care deeply about the details - the ingredients, the presentation, the process of creating art with food that brings joy and inspiration to my customers. I’ve been in the fast-paced food truck arena for two years and had numerous opportunities to design and create my own unique menus, serving small & large events including festivals with over 150,000 attendees, live concerts, private parties, weddings, and non profit fundraisers. I enjoy every opportunity to share my passion for elevating flavors in a variety of settings and collaborations. I can’t wait to make your next vision come to life!
