With a culinary career spanning over a decade, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to my role as a private chef. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Austin, TX, in 2005, and have since honed my skills in some of Austin’s most esteemed restaurants, including Vespaio, La Condesa, and Dai Due. My background also includes a role as General Manager at the fine dining French restaurant Arro.
Growing up in Texas, I have a deep appreciation for the diverse and vibrant flavors of Texan cuisine. My specialty lies in creating dishes inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the region, blending classic techniques with local ingredients to deliver memorable and unique dining experiences. Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner or a grand celebration, I am dedicated to crafting meals that reflect the essence of Texas and elevate your dining occasion.
