I have been doing nails for 33 years and I learned with a nail file so I do not use a drill. My pedicures are done in a tub with a plastic bag for sanitation and not a spa chair. To much bacteria in the pipes in a spa chair that causes infection. My phone line is always open for business. My clients can reach me 24/7 and let's just say some do!!😂
I treat my clients like family and they treat me like family. We are a very close nit environment
I have only worked in two salons. Been at Salons by JC for 21 years.
My daily thought is "treat everyday as a holiday!"
We do not do drama in my suite. My clients end up all bring friends because of the comfort zone they feel
I pride myself on never being late If, by chance, I am running late I ALWAYS call my clients to let them know so they do not have to wait on me No one wants to wait for a service

I love my job!! I love the fact that people count on me to become beautiful and the best thing is making a difference in someone's life whether it is leaving with beautiful nails and toes or they just feel better about whatever was bothering them. I am known as the cheapest therapist in the city.
I also love the fact that my clients of over 25 years are my family. Some have moved out of state so I would love to add more peeps to my close nit family.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find a great time to schedule my client and then the next process is come on in to suite #34 and get spoiled like all my other 60 clients! I am known to spoil my clients more than the average because the deserve it. Customer service is not in the past in my book!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to nail school 33 years ago but I often go to nail shows to learn new techniques. Never too old to learn new things.

Yes my prices do not change. My clients walk in every appointment knowing it is the same price every time whether they broke a nail or want special top coat, no extra charges. Loyalty is the best thing in this business and clients knowing what they are coming into makes the time a fun experience.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked on all types of clients. Famous people as well as people who would rather get their nails done over a Starbucks.
i get to pick my clievts and that is the best part of my job. I prefer to have clients that are respectful and appreciate others.
