Greetings! I'm Chef Vanna, a Culinary and Pastry Arts graduate. I’ve been cooking since I was a little girl! I run my own catering business and 501c3 Charity, offering meals to families in need and the homeless. As a bariatric patient who successfully managed weight loss, I also have a focus on meal prep. I have a strong passion for people and love feeding their souls with tasty food. My main objective is to spread joy through top-notch service and pleasing your palate. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm professionally trained by August's Escoffier Sco of Culinary Arts. I also received a degree in culinary business management. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Pastry Arts to further my knowledge.
