What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
potential clients contact us either by email ([email protected]) or phone (2107349860). Occassionally we are contacted via our Facebook page.
Once we determine their requirements, we then send them a form (via email), that when filled out and sent back to us, gives us all the details we need to ensure the clients event is covered. We always ask for a $60 deposit to hold the booking for entertainer services. We require payment in full (and/or a valid credit card) before we take on a balloon decoration job.
