Performing a client consultation during the first appointment,this is very important to me , This helps me to understand who the client is and what there hair care needs are,Providing my client with the best hair care needs available.

I Have a A customer service specialty certificate, cosmetology license for over 15 years ,worked with a cosmetic company a broad for four years , training with chemist to create healthy Hair care products.

Like most stylist I started doing hair from home my sisters and my friends were my clients when I was very young ,which led me to a career in Haircare and Hairstyles.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you always get a consultation for not only you but the consultation is for the stylist also make sure that they are knowledgeable of your hair care needs
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask Do they perform consultations ,if you're on some kind of medication you should ask questions about what they recommend for your hair care needs, making sure the prices are in your range, after you have received a client consultation ask questions , And always give the history of your hair care background
