We began as a small, family-owned catering company in 2019 utilizing scratch family recipes, and quickly began serving private and corporate clients for events up to 2,200 people. We source the highest quality ingredients, and often work directly with local farmers and ranchers to ensure only the best food makes it to your table.
We are great believers in simplicity. We let the ingredients speak for themselves, and our main seasonings are generally limited to salt, pepper, garlic, butter, and fire. The hallmark of an Iron Oak dinner is how quickly the room grows quiet as guests can’t bring themselves to stop savoring each bite.
