One Eleven Catering is your one stop shop for all your catering to cuisine needs. We really pride ourselves on catering to the needs of our clients, tailoring a menu for their exact needs. We provide a wide variation of different cusines. Our Cusines include American, Southern inspired cuisine, Asian fusions, Caribbean, Mediterranean, vegetarian, vegan, carnivores, pescatarian, alkaline foods. I am versed with different pairings of wines and teas. Also, specifically catering to people who have special dietary needs, such as, carnivores, pescaterian, vegetarian and vegan. One Eleven Catering would love the opportunity to cater your event, from romantic dinners to birthday, and anniversary dinners. We are willing to serve you π

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took restaurant courses at NYC owned my own Cafe. I grew up in a family of chefs and owned restaurants.

We do not have standard prices. One Eleven Catering likes to tailor to the needs of our customers and help them get the best market prices on their dishes.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in this business with a passion for food and to see my clients satisfied and happy enjoying their special event with delicious food served by yours truly your personal chef :)
What types of customers have you worked with?
One Eleven Catering has worked with a variety of customes from many different cultures and food preferences. We are versed with a vast variety of cuisines and fusion dishes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A couple who had a romantic dinner. The event went so well, and they were happy with the ambiance. A savignon blanc was served with the Tarragon Lobster pasta, they thoroughly enjoyed it. Chocolate tarts was on the menu for dessert.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they deal with a company who displays professionalism. Someone who is versed in a variety of cuisines and food preferences.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What dishes they would like served. They should consider their budget. Lastly, it is recommended they you gives us at least two weeks notice before your event so they can plan accordingly.
