Hi!! I am Chef Kai Oginga, a plant-based /vegan chef with over 10 plus years of experience in the New York City restaurant industry. My approach to food is combining international flavors and techniques using local and seasonal ingredients to create dishes and desserts that are nutritionally-dense, flavorful and appealing to the eye. Plant-based food can be fun and enjoyable if the right person is behind the knife!
