What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to call or text the customer to make an appointment. When the customer arrives I give a 10 to 15 minute consultation, find out what the customer is looking for and then start the service. I'm very punctual and keep my studio extremely clean and sanitized at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly taking online classes to stay current. I belong to many hairstylist support groups to see what others are doing in the industry as well.
