What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

How much experience they have with Djing in general (especially how well they mix and general music knowledge), how much expereince they have with weddings and what type of equipment they are using.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

How long will my event be? (Even if the DJ only performs at the end of the reception, most often the DJ will have to set-up well before the event.

How many guests will I invite?

What type of audio support will I need, such as microphones?
