I provide the sound equipment for the event and arrive prior to the start of the event to set it all up.     If a new customer contacts me by phone, I inquire as to their needs for their special event and set up a meeting sometime in the future if it fits in to their schedule.  If a new customer contacts me by e-mail, I try to respone in the first 24 hours to see what their needs are and set up a meeting whenever it is possible in their schedule.  When we do meet at their convenience, we discuss the types of music as well as the amount of sound equipment for their event.  There is no extra charge for the meeting and at that point the customer has the option to book me for their event.
