Kellsi received her makeup artist certification from Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles, Hollywood, CA in 2010, her cosmetology license in VA in 2012 as well as her eyelash extension certification and spray tanning certificate. She has been licensed in WA state since 2015.
Kellsi has a passion for all things beauty and LOVES helping people to look and feel their best!
