My wife and I had an amazing experience with Chef Michael Craig for our Anniversary. From the start of planning he was super professional and gave great recommendations for a menu. He carried himself with a level of professionalism that stood out. He was prepared and well organized and confident in his craft! At the same time he was personable and easy to talk to, which made the entire evening feel comfortable and relaxed. He took the time to explain each course, checked in without being intrusive and created an atmosphere that felt both private and elevated.
The food was exceptional! Every dish was cooked with precision and presented with care. The flavors were balanced, the portions were perfect and it was clear that he put real pride into his work. My wife and I agreed it was one of the best meals we have had, and the experience as a whole made our anniversary special. This was a 10/10 experience for both of us and we would recommend him without hesitation
