About
I have had my own Catering Company for 8yrs. I attend Culinary school and graduated with honors. I did my internship in Italy and I recently acquired a food trailer that has been so fun to set up. I love working with small groups so that we can provide that personal touch to create a memory not just a meal. I love to create comfort foods, But I am open to any cuisine that fits your event. I love working with my clients every step of the way to ensure their event is that special memory that are looking for!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can chat on the phone, or email so that we can confirm dates, menu and decor, if a customer wants to meet we can set that up as well. I try and confirm the date and time as I don't double book. Your time is your time and there shouldn't be a time limit put on it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Arizona Culinary Institute in 2016 with Honors and Distinction, spent 3mos doing my internship in Orvieto Italy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Dinners start at$35 per person, that includes set up, service during the meal and clean up. I do grocery runs and bar stocking. I do charge $100 for the service, however if you book a dinner I do waive the charge. Wedding cakes start at a 3 tier price of $400. I am willing to work with anyone to help them keep their budget in place.
How did you get started in this business?
I followed my passion for food, and in 2016 I went back to school. I enrolled at Arizona Culinary Institute, and had an incredible time, I graduated with honors, did my internship in Orievto Italy, I came home started my own business and I never looked back!!!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with so many different customers from Birthday parties to Nascar, to Star Wars themed weddings. I have dealt with so many wonderful people, and thats what makes these job so great! Meeting new people and help them to make there event everything they want it to be.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of all my events, its hard to pick just one. But I recently created meals for the drivers out at Nascar, And in turn they put my logo on one of the cars. It was a pretty intense feelings to see your logo going around Phoenix International Raceway at 215mph!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that they can do the job. Make sure they can stay within the budget that you have set up. And make sure that they understand what you have in mind. Anyone can throw chicken on a plate, so what sets them apart to help you with your event.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Based on their budget what is really important. How much do they want to spend. Are they special needs for the event? Can the vendor they are speaking with meet the needs for the event.
