About

I have 20 years of experience in a diverse number and types of commercial kitchens. I have been cooking and baking since I was 3 years old (it was a great way for my mom to keep me busy and help the grocery budget). My favorite part of cooking is being a saucier, but I do all the other roles in the kitchen as well. I've been a Kitchen Chef with several of my jobs.

I have a teaching degree and have taught Culinary Arts for 15 years to kids and adults of all ages.

I enjoy working with people and helping them to discover the wonders of different tastes, smells and textures of foods. I am adaptable to situations and environments rather easily. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
