What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If anybody's looking for a limousine they usually call us or email us then we call them back and try to accommodate what their needs are for booking a limo, party bus or exotic Exotic rentals. After that we take a credit card to book it! The day before or on that day we called to confirm we pick them up to make sure they have a great experience and everything goes as planned!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For one you have to have a good driving record to drive Limos or a party bus we screen all our drivers drivers to make sure that they are good people! If you drive anything bigger than a 16 passenger you have to have a P2 endorsement for a CDL!
