About

I offer custom tattooing in a comfortable, private, professional, shop atmosphere. If you aren’t familiar with private tattoo shops yet, it’s a regular tattoo shop, with artwork and flash filling the walls. As well as a full sterile room, including an ultrasonic, hospital-grade midmark autoclave and medical waste and sharps collection. Because the shop is private and by appointment only, when you get tattooed here, you won’t be constantly interrupted by people ‘walking in’, asking questions, or trying to set up appts during your scheduled time. So you can be sure, you will have my undivided attention without distraction or interruptions, as well as complete privacy for those more ‘discrete’ locations.

The shop is conveniently located in central, downtown phoenix, just off the 51, at camelback, near the biltmore district.

I have been tattooing professionally for 16 years now, and my entire professional career has been here in phoenix, AZ.

If you are looking for clean, crisp, bold, bright, long-lasting, quality, custom tattoos, done in a private shop setting, in the Phoenix metro area, look no further.. specializing in classic American tradional, Im a diversified tattooer, able to create and bring to life your visions for your tattoo. Because I work by appointment only, I’m able to take appointments for any day of the week and can accommodate almost any schedule ...I will continue to work with you to create your dream tattoo, no matter how long it takes, wanting it to be exactly how you envision it, before tattooing you. My prime objective is to create a tattoo that you will be happy and proud to wear for the rest of your life and that will look great for just as long!

    Frequently asked questions

Depending on what you are wanting to get tattooed, we will set up a consultation appt first.  This is where we get together and go over your ideas for your tattoo and any reference material or pics you may have. I will also sketch out some ideas to make sure we re on the same page. Then we would set up a time/day for your actual tattoo appointment. The consultation is free, I only charge for the time you are in the chair, actually getting tattooed. All the drawing and preparation time is included in my hourly rate or quoted estimate.

My hourly rate is $150/hour and a minimum of $100

I do offer a price break on larger work (pieces that will take 4+hrs) and can go over the details with you during a consultation appt.

I’ve known I wanted to be a Tattooer since I was 13 yrs old.  I got my first job in a tattoo shop when I was 16, after getting my third tattoo. I worked there until I graduated high school, then went to college in Providence, RI at Rhode Island school of design.. my sons were born when I was 20 & 22.. once my youngest was old enough, I went back to work at a local tattoo shop in northern Washington, there I learned how to tattoo professionally when I was 25. I’ve been tattooing full time ever since, for the last 17 years! I consider myself extremely lucky to have a career I love and that supports my family!

Make sure to do your research... look Thru their portfolios and ask questions! Any legitimate, professional Tattooer will be more than happy to answer any and all of your questions.  In general, if you like the overall look of the artists portfolio then you've  probably found the right artist.. if you don’t like the look of their portfolio or wouldn’t wear any of the tattoos in it, you should keep looking. Make sure the artist you are considering does and is good at the style of tattooing you’re wanting to get.  If you want a portrait, your artist should have plenty of examples of previous portraits they’ve done.. if you want traditional, they should have a bunch of traditional style tattoos to show you.  If not, keep looking!  If you see or meet someone who has tattoo work you like, don’t be afraid to ask them about their tattoos and who did them..they’ll be stoked to give you their artists info.!
