Hello, my name is Arnold Carter. I am a Minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I've been married to my wife for 51 years. Marriage is a covenant that God created to bring a man and a woman together in Holy Matrimony. My desire is to be a vessel that God uses to bring those two together. I am available to officiate wedding ceremonies and to also provide Pre-Marital Counseling if desired.
