Cooking has been my passion since childhood, a flame ignited at seven years old. With 12 years of experience honed in the fast-paced heat of commercial kitchens, and as a sous chef since 2023, I pour my heart and soul into every dish I create, from the simplest to the most complex.
Due to the high booking requests, I am unable to get to you all in a timely manner. Moving forward (unless you hired me prior to today, May 19), I will only be doing monthly popup dinners at my venue. There will be a set menu, which I will post promptly through here.
If you are interested in joining my popup dining experience, please send me a message to reserve your spot. Per party of 6 maximum.
Next dining experience is in the works and set in mid July. Prices include: $15 per starters, $25 per entree, $10 per dessert, or $50 for the full course (6 courses). This does include water and soft beverages, however, alcohol will cost extra depending on the cocktail and availability.
