Laudicina's Finale

I have event experience of 30 years, stemming back to San Francisco where I began providing makeup artistry services for carnivale parties, at Bahia Cabana restaurant, and promotional modeling for events and SF North Beach Italian Festival. I provided services to Microsoft and Oracle parties in Silicon Valley. I moved onto Los Angeles to teach airbrush makeup and with my body painted people company to provide models for parties. I then moved into restaurant and nightclub management in Hollywood, where I started contributing my recipes to menus and produced 120 live music shows. I moved into consulting and helped build a retail charcuterie department for a wine bar, that I hand selected and was a success for the establishment, I was a caterer employed by Calamigos in the equestrian area of Burbank and provided services for wedding receptions and award ceremonies. I moved onto working with Wolfgang Pucks and Guy Fieri's and contributed greatly to designing menu items by request for people with special dietary needs, at Hollywood -Burbank Airport. Being inspired and having fulfilled years of duties, along with accolades from Guy's Knuckle Sandwich LLC, I paused to create Laudicina's Finale food brand especially designed for special dietary desires. From sauces, to salads, relishes, to herbs blends, ice cream, flatbreads, muffins, juice blends and more! I exclusively consult for a historical establishment planning a new bar nightclub and providing marketing promotions and catering for food expos and parties. I am able to create large amounts of all varieties of the best pasta, salads, breads, meat trays, taco spreads, homemade chili varieties, deli sandwich trays, all vegan options available for all spreads including snacks, sheet cakes and brownie trays, fruit salads for your events.
