What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
2 days normal turn around on cleaning. Between 1 to 2 weeks turn around on alterations/Seeamstress. 24 hours turn around on normal our regular dry cleaning pick up delivery.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Undergraduate AA deegree.
