The thing that sets me apart from other chefs is the fact that I create an experience for my guests. It’s not just “dining out” or typical catering. I create memories to last a lifetime. Part of my success is attributed to my ability to “know my audience”, adjust dishes and the taste of the food based solely on reading the room. My goal is to invigorate the senses, even for the pickiest of eaters. I can change any setting to feel as though my guests are in a five-star restaurant.
