At Overflowing Cup Coaching, I specialize in helping engaged couples build a strong foundation for their future through innovative, purpose-driven premarital coaching. my approach is fresh and modern, designed for couples who want a relationship that goes beyond traditional expectations. Whether you're first-generation married, Christian, spiritual but not strictly religious, or simply seeking a meaningful connection that serves both your personal growth and your community, my coaching is tailored to you. I utilize unique conflict resolution strategies to ease wedding planning stress and tools to help you manifest your shared dreams and goals. My coaching sessions are available in video format ; thus, I can accommodate couples in a multitude of settings and locations.
I am passionate about cultivating solid marital unions that foster a stronger community. I utilize diverse skills and knowledge--gained from my degree in counseling and related certifications as well as my professional experience in human resources, social services, labor representation, administration and advocacy-- to develop a practical system and approach that couples can apply to set goals and complete actions that strengthen their union. With a focus on mindset shifting, decoding communication, goal-mining, as well as other intentional strategies, I help couples define and foster a bond that’s admired by others but rooted in authenticity and deep connection.
